As a result, all of our orders are shipped to you from all over the world - from Thailand and China. However, we make sure that we can follow our orders for your additional peace of mind.

Because our products come from so far, it often takes 7-21 days to arrive. So do not worry if the product does not arrive the next day! Especially right now we have a large number of orders which explains the time we take to process and send orders.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with the product received, please return it to us within 30 days for a full refund. Please also email us at contactgweety@gmail.com or use the contact form to let us know.

We will issue a refund upon receipt, or exchange the item for a different color if you prefer. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.


You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. The delivery costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. For more info see our refund policy
